f
1• H. KLEINFELDER&ASSOCIATES
a
4 PROJECT ORGANIZATION MW SC=IIi,F
4.1 PROJECT ORGANIZATION
s"
The key to efficiently conducting a cost effective remedial program is
€ ' proper planning. A well—planned program is vital for good management and
practical application of resources. If the program is ill conceived and
not well planned, the evaluation of remedial options, likewise, may be
- less than thorough. Thus, selection of a qualified project team which is
1.4 quite familiar with the type of problem at hand and appropriate remedial
.- measures is Most important. As such, we have selected a team that is
knowledgeable of state—of--the art remedial techniques, experienced in
application of remedial technologies, and capable of cost—effectively
managing this project.
Figure 4.1.1 illustrates the project team we have selected for the conduct
ft of this remedial, program. Mr. Donald Rothenbaum will serve as Project
Director and the corporate officer responsible for execution of the
s = project. Mr. Rothenbaum has over ten years experience in all facets of
- environmental management and has been particularly active over the past
seven years in hazardous waste management. He will be assisted by Mr.
r- Kent Zenobia, P.E., who is a registered civil engineer in the State of
California. Separately, Mr. Zenobia has over thirteen years of experience
in civil and environmental engineering. He has also participated as
!ai
Project Manager on numerous environmental projects over the past seven
years, including complex commercial TSA hazardous waste facilities. Mr.
Zenobia will be responsible for the day—to—day coordination of project
activities, including client liaison, technical coordination, financial
management and scheduling. It is anticipated that Mr. Zenobia's chief
contact -with---Guild Wineries _will .-be-Mr Doug Forquer, through whom all
----:.
policy determination and scheduling matters will be transmitted.
