Project No 034-99039 <br /> Pa,-,e No 2 <br /> .� 30 PROCEDURES AND FINDINGS <br /> The UST remox al and soil sampling activities were conducted under the direction of Mr Steve Sasson of <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) The USTs were removed by ECI, <br /> Inc and Krazan was present to observe field activities and collect the soil samples <br /> Prior to Krazan s arrival at the site, the USTs were tnple-rinsed in accordance with SJCEHD guidelines <br /> Rinsate generated during the UST triple-rinsing was collected and transported off-sire for recycling by <br /> ECI of Richmond, Californta The USTs were transported to ECI of Richmond, California, for recycling <br /> Documentation regarding UST destruction and rinsate disposal are available from ECI Inc The IJSTs <br /> were observed to be of single-wall steel construction and in fair condition. with no obvious holes The <br /> tank sizes product contents approximate capacity and SJCEHD UST permit numbers are provided in <br /> Table 1 <br /> TABLE I <br /> UST Data <br /> . 707 East Yosemite Avenue <br /> Manteca.
