Advanced <br /> �M GeoEnvironmental, Inc. <br /> E qE 0 <br /> 25 January 2002 JAN <br /> AGE-NC Project No 98-0492 0 ZOOz <br /> ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br /> Mr Jeff Wong PERMIT/SERVICES <br />� <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue <br /> z <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> QUICKI-KLEEN CAR WASH <br /> 707 East Yosemite Road, Manteca, California <br /> Dear Mr Wong <br /> At the request of Ms MaryLou Pontes of Quicki-Kleen Car Wash,Advanced GeoEnvzronmental, <br /> Inc (AGE) has conducted a sensitive receptor survey as part of the initial site characterization <br /> requirements under the California Code of Regulations - Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section <br /> 2654 for the site located at 23987 North Highway 99, Acampo, California (the site) The objective <br /> of the work was to identify and locate sensitive receptors, including wells, potentially affected by <br /> the UST release, and to identify and locate potential vertical conduits The scope of work included <br /> review of State of California Department of Water Resources records, San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Health Services records, and conducting a visual area reconnaissdnce for municipal, <br /> domestic, irrigation or ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000-foot radius of the site and <br /> septic systems located on the site The location of the site, the immediately surrounding area and <br /> wells visually located are illustrated on Figure 1 Site structures are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> On 16 October 2001, an AGE representative reviewed well drillers' reports at the California <br /> Department of Water Resources - Central District for water wells located in the surrounding area <br /> Drillers' reports for 3 water wells located within a 2000-ft radius were found Copies of the well <br /> drillers' reports are included in Appendix A, a summary of water wells located from the review of <br /> well driller's reports is included in Table 1, locations of the wells are depicted on Figure 1 <br /> On 17 October 2001, an AGE representative conducted a search of the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health records of septic systems or permits for wells located on the <br /> site property No records of a past or existing septic tank or system were found during the search <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton, California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
