They are fl able and have low solubility in water. <br /> Exposure to these materials in excess of recommended exposure limits can cause mild eye, <br /> nose, and throat irritation and can produce a narcotic effect.on the central nervous system. <br /> Symptoms of exposure at these'concentratio s'include'headache, nausea, .drowsiness, <br /> dizziness,and loss of coordination.
