Comments on the <br /> tentative Orders were due 5 January 2004. Due to the extensive comments submitted by the City <br /> of Manteca, the Regional Board removed the item from the January 2004 board meeting agenda. <br /> The hearing for this item has been moved to the March 2004 board meeting. <br /> A Notice of Public Hearing (Notice) concerning the proposed Orders and a proof of posting form <br /> are enclosed. Regulations require that you: <br /> Publish this Notice in the Stockton Record for one (1) day commencing no later than <br /> 13 February 2004. The expense of publication is to be paid by the Discharger.
