The arithmetic mean of biochemical oxygen demand (5-day) and suspended solids in <br /> effluent samples collected in a period of 30 consecutive days shall not exceed 15 percent of <br /> the arithmetic mean of the values for influent samples collected at approximately the same <br /> times during the same period (85 percent removal). <br /> 3. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5.. <br /> 4. The Discharger shall use the best practicable cost-effective control technique currently <br /> available to limit mineralization to no more than a reasonable increment. The Discharger <br /> shall comply with this limitation by (1) submitting a mineralization plan for approval and <br /> (2) implementing the approved plan. <br /> 5. Survival of aquatic organisms in 96-hour bioassays of undiluted waste shall be no less than: <br /> Mmimum for any one bioassay - ---- - -- - 70% <br /> Median for any three or more consecutive bioassays - - -- 90% <br /> 6. The maximum eluent temperature shall not exceed the natural receiving water by more <br /> than 20 OF. <br /> 7. The 30-day average dry weather discharge flow shall not exceed 6.95 mgd prior to <br /> completion of the 8.11 mad facility, and after completion of the expanded facility flow shall <br /> not exceed 8.11 mad, less the amount disposed of to land at agronomic rates. <br /> D. Sludge Mannement Specifications: <br /> 1. The Discharger shall maintain an approved Sludge Management Plan and operate <br /> according to that plan. This plan and any revisions shall be approved by the Executive <br /> Officer. <br />
