MONITORIING AND REPORTING PROGRAM 6 <br /> CITY OF MANfECA AND CITY OF LATHROP <br /> WASTEWATER QUALITY CONTROL FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> The groundwater monitoring wells shall be monitored for the following: <br /> Type of <br /> Parameters Units Sample Frequency <br /> COD mg/l Grab Monthly <br /> pH pH Units Grab Monthly <br /> Nitrate m00 Grab Monthly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids m=aq Grab Quarterly <br /> Metals' M-0 Grab Yearly <br /> Ground Water Elevation Feet-MSL Monthly <br /> ' Dissolved Cadmium, Copper, Lead, Nickel, and Zinc. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING FOR CITY OF MANTECA & CITY OF LATHROP <br /> -A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the municipal water supply can be <br /> obtained. Samples shall be collected at the same time as influent and eluent samples for the same period. <br /> The following shall constitute the water supply monitoring program. <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frenuencv <br /> Standard Mmerals' mg/1 Yearly <br /> ' Standard minerals include Total Dissolved Solids, Electrical Conductivity, Chloride, Sulfate, <br /> Nitrate, Bicarbonate Alkalinity, Carbonate ARmlinity, Calcium, Magnesium,Potassium, <br /> Sodium, pH, and Hardness. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the <br /> constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner <br /> to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th day of the following <br /> month. <br />
