Center Street <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> REVIEW OF MANTECA'S PROPOSED EFFLUENT AND RECEIVING WATER <br /> QUALITY ASSESSMENT (ERWQA) PLAN, PREPARED BY ANLAB ANALYTICAL <br /> LABORATORY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> We have completed our review of ANLAB's work plan for preparing Manteca's ERWQA Plan. ANLAB's <br /> proposal appears complete. However,we will be unable to determine adequacy of the testing procedures <br /> until we have reviewed the actual analysis methods ANLAB will be using and the anticipated detection limits <br /> they will be reporting for each constituent. <br /> ANLAB's Table 3, Toxic Constituents to be Sampled in Comprehensive ERWQA, identifies the constituents <br /> they are proposing to be analyzed for in Manteca's effluent to satisfy the Inland Surface Waters Plan (ISWP). <br /> The following ISWP constituents were not included in ANLAB's Table 3: Asbestos,Tributyltin,TCDD <br /> equivalents, Halomethanes, or the Hexachlorocyclohexanes.
