CA0081558) <br /> For <br /> CITY OF MANTECA <br /> WASTEWATER QUALITY CONTROL FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> TO ALL CONCERNED PERSONS AND AGENCIES: <br /> Enclosed is the tentative Order amending Waste Discharge Requirements Order R5-2009-0095 <br /> for the City of Manteca (Discharger), Wastewater Quality Control Facility (Facility). Any <br /> comments or recommendations you may have concerning the proposed Order should be <br /> submitted to this office via email to RBSS-NPDES-Comments@waterboards.ca.gov, no later <br /> than 5:00 p.m. on 30 January 2015 in order for us to give them full consideration prior to the <br /> meeting of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water <br /> Board). Written material submitted after 5:00 p.m. on 30 January 2015 will not be accepted <br /> and will not be incorporated into the administrative record absent a ruling by the Chair. Any <br /> party requesting to submit late materials must demonstrate good cause for the late submission, <br /> and the Chair must find that accepting the late submission will not prejudice the Central Valley <br /> Water Board or any Designated Party. <br /> A Public Hearing has been scheduled for the Central Valley Water Board to consider adoption <br /> of the proposed Order at its 16/17 April 2015 Board Meeting, A Notice of Public Hearing <br /> (Notice) concerning the proposed Order is also enclosed. Regulations require that the <br /> Discharger publish the Notice in a local newspaper for one (1) day. The expense of publication <br /> is to be paid by the Discharger. Additionally, regulations require the Discharger post one (1) <br /> copy of the Notice at the nearest city hall or county courthouse, one (1) copy at the post office <br /> nearest to the Facility (if allowed), and one (1) copy at the public entrance to the Facility. <br /> Please publish and post the Notice as soon as possible and submit to this office proof of <br /> posting, using the enclosed form, and proof of publication by 12 January 2015.
