R6-2009-0096 <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF MANTECA <br /> WASTEWATER QUALITY CONTROL FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> TO ALL CONCERNED PERSONS AND AGENCIES: <br /> Enclosed is the tentative Order rescinding Time Schedule Order R5-2009-0096 for the City of <br /> Manteca (Discharger) Wastewater Quality Control Facility (Facility). <br /> To be given full consideration, any comments or recommendations you may have regarding <br /> the enclosed documents must be submitted in writing to the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water Board) office by 5:00 p.m. on 3 January 2011. <br /> Written material submitted after 5:00 p.m. on 3 January 2011 will not be accepted and will not <br /> be incorporated into the administrative record if doing so would prejudice any party. <br /> A Public Hearing has been scheduled for the Central Valley Water Board to consider adoption <br /> of the proposed Order rescinding the Time Schedule Order at its 2/3/4 February 2011 Board <br /> Meeting. The Notice of Public Hearing and a copy of a Proof of Posting form are enclosed. <br /> Regulations require that the Discharger post one (1) copy of the Notice at: <br /> • The nearest city hall or county courthouse, <br /> The post office nearest to the Facility (if allowed), and <br /> • The public entrance of the wastewater treatment facility. <br /> The posting must take place by 3 December 2010.
