Regulations require that <br /> the Discharger post one (1) copy of the Notice at: <br /> The nearest city hall or county courthouse, <br /> The post office nearest to the Facility (if allowed), and <br /> The public entrance of the wastewater treatment facility. <br /> The posting must take place by 4.December 2010.
