In order to conserve resources, this letter transmits a <br /> paper copy of the proposed Resolution to the City of Manteca only. Interested persons may download <br /> the proposed Resolution from the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region Internet <br /> website at http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/tentative/index.html. Copies of the proposed <br /> Resolution can also be obtained by contacting or visiting the Regional Board's office at 11020 Sun <br /> Center Drive, 4200,Rancho Cordova, California 95670-6114, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and <br /> 5:00 p.m. <br /> Any comments or recommendations you may have regarding the enclosed tentative Resolution must be <br /> submitted to this office by 23 January 2006 in order for staff to give them full consideration prior to the <br /> meeting of the Regional Water Board. <br /> A Notice of Public Hearing (Notice) concerning the proposed Resolution and Proof of Posting form are <br /> also enclosed. Regulations require that the Discharger publish the Notice in the Manteca Bulletin for <br /> one (1) day commencing no later than 23 December 2005. The expense of publication is to be paid by <br /> the Discharger. Additionally,by 23 December 2005,post one(1) copy of the Notice at the nearest city <br /> hall or county courthouse, one (1) copy at the post office nearest to the Facility (if allowed), and one(1) <br /> copy at the public entrance to the Facility.
