I do however have a
picture that show the exact location of the proposed background monitor well.
I hope that this, along with the with the maps I have already provided will be
sufficient for locating the monitor well site.
Bob
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mailto:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Thursday, July 14, 2005 12:21 PM
To: bhoagland@condorearth.com
Subject: RE: Documentation for Monitor Well Permit - Manteca Wastewater Control
Facility
my typical office hours are just before 8am and I'm gone at 430pm. Emails and phone
calls after this time will be returned the next business day, schedule allowing.
as for me faxing the permit to you, yes, it can happen once the permit is actually
issued and I need an accurate and properly scaled map in this case to do that.
We spoke this am, Thursday 7-14 and I tried to convey to you that setting an apt to
drill WITHOUT having the permit issued could be a problem for you. I am VERY busy
with others who have submitted the proper forms and have permits issued and verified
apts with me already. I'm drilling with those folks today and tomorrow. You still haven't
supplied me with a map that will ensure I can find this well head in the future.
I will do my best to get you a copy of the permit once I issue it...but without the proper
forms (a valid map) I must track one down and verify well location at the site, all of
which are costing your client my time at$93.00 per hour. Since the City is taking the
billing on this, there may be questions later on as they receive the bill why the cost is
so high...I will explain the work I had to do so I could issue.
1 have an apt at 1230p today for a grout for an apt made last week on an issued
permit........when I get back to the office later on I will try to issue your permit.
in the future, please understand that YOU setting an apt WITHOUT a permit issued in
NOT how it works. Just submitting an incomplete application packet does not
constitute a permit being issued. Typically I contact you, as I did earlier and explain
what discrepanies exist. If you do not correct them in time for your drill and I am
unable to issue to meet your scheduling, you will have to re-schedule AFTER I advise
you the permit is issued.
-----Original Message-----
From: Bob Hoagland [mailto:bhoagland@condorearth.com]
Sent: Wednesday, July 13, 2005 4:50 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: RE: Documentation for Monitor Well Permit- Manteca
Wastewater Control Facility
7/14/2(105
