The positions of the monitor wells and
site benchmarks as surveyed are referenced to California Coordinate System Zone 3, NAD83 horizontal
' datum by post-processing static data collected at the base station with data from the Condor (CNDR)
Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS). NAVD88 vertical datum was brought into the site
by post-processing static data collected at the base station and at NGS Benchmark HS0137, El. 17.15.
' The wells were located horizontally and vertically using static GPS methods in combination with
conventional methods. Elevation on the surveyed wells were measured at the access plug of the well
casing and determined by Topcon AT-G3 Autolevel from a remote survey point (chiseled "X" or
' concrete nail). The predictable repeatability of the established positions and elevations of the wells is
0.03 foot, plus or minus. This precision meets the "allowable discrepancy" specification for a second
(2nd) order forward and backward level run, with a one-mile range between benchmarks. This survey was
' conducted under the supervision of Stan Kirkwood, P.L.S. 4096.
SURVEY
' POINT at
GROUND MEASURING
WELL LATITUDE LONGITUDE NORTHING EASTING SURFACE POINT
Cal.Zone 3 CaL Zone 3
' U.S.Snry ey Ft U.S.St Ft.
