Drilling
startup is anticipated to be in late January 2007, however, the time necessary for the Regional Board's
approval of the Work Plan and San Joaquin County's issuance of the Well Permit are beyond the control
of Condor. Delays in any of these items, or delays related to availability of the drilling contractor or
inclement weather, could delay the completion of field activities. If any such delays are encountered, the
City and Regional Board will be notified of the reasons for the delay and a new estimated time for
' delivery.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact Bob Hoagland of Condor
' 209.532.0361 or Warren Shannon of the City 209.239.8433.
Respectfully submitted,
CONDOR EARTH TECHNOL967ES,INC.
Robert .Hoaglan
Registered Geologist(CA No.485 1) *1
qTf OF CPF
' P:\4000_Pd\4654C\Work Plan\Work Plan Final 120806.doc
1
1
' CONDOR
