10 May 2019 AdvancedGeo <br /> AGE Project No. 18-4574 Environmental <br /> Page 6 of 7 <br /> • Two wall samples and one floor sample from the living room (D1 through D3). <br /> • One wall and one floor sample from the kitchen (D4 and D5). <br /> • One floor sample from the garage (D6). <br /> • One wall and one floor sample from the guest bathroom (D7 and D8). <br /> • Two wall and one floor sample from the hallway (D9 through D11). <br /> • Two wall and one floor sample from bedroom 1 (D12 through D14). <br /> • Three wall and one floor sample from bedroom 2 (D15 through D18). <br /> • One wall and one floor sample from the master bedroom (D19 and D20). <br /> • One wall and one floor sample from the master closet (D22 and D23). <br /> • Two wall and one floor sample from the master bathroom (D21 , D24, and D25). <br /> Discrete samples collected from the living room floor (D3), kitchen floor(D5), hallway floor <br /> (D11), and bedroom 1 floor (D14) were below the State Re-Occupancy Criteria of <br /> 1.5 pg/100cm2. The remaining twenty-one (21) samples collected throughout the <br /> residence reported methamphetamine at maximum concentrations ranging from <br /> 2.1 pg/100cm2 (D23) to 170 pg/100cm2 (D4). <br /> 23 April 2019 - Second post-abatement sampling <br /> After recleaning of all walls and floors throughout the residence, 21 samples were <br /> collected from the same locations that were reported with methamphetamine over the <br /> 1 .5 pg/100cm2 criterium. <br /> Fifteen (15) of the 21 samples were reported with concentrations of methamphetamine <br /> ranging from 1 .8 pg/100cm2 (D13) to 28 pg/100cm2 (D4), detected in the living room, <br /> kitchen, garage, guest bathroom, hallway, bedroom 1 and 2, and the master bathroom <br /> and closet. The remaining six (6) samples were reported with levels below 1.5 pg/100cm2. <br /> 03 May 2019 - Final post-abatement sampling <br /> After the application of three coats of oil-based paint (encapsulation) on all walls located <br /> throughout the residence, the application of an epoxy on the concrete flooring in the <br /> garage, and the removal all of the vinyl the flooring located in bedroom 2 (meth conversion <br /> lab), a total of thirteen (13) confirmation samples were collected from the same locations <br /> that were reported with methamphetamine over the 1.5 pg/100cm2 criterium. Locations <br /> included walls located in the living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, hallway, bedroom 1 <br /> and 2, and the master bathroom and closet. Methamphetamine was not detected at <br /> concentrations above laboratory reporting limits in any of the samples collected. <br />
