12 June 2017 AdvancedGeo <br /> AGE Project No. 17-4044 Environmental <br /> Page 2 of 12 <br /> A manifest will be submitted with the Preliminary Site Assessment Final Report <br /> (PSAFR). <br /> 3.2 POST ABATEMENT SAMPLING <br /> After decontamination of all areas, post abatement wipe sampling will be collected from <br /> the following locations: <br /> Room Sample Location No. of Samples <br /> Bedroom 1 Wall, floor and closet door 3 <br /> Bedroom 2 Walls, floor, and closet door 4 <br /> Master bedroom Wall and floor 2 <br /> Master bathroom Wall, floor, shower and sink 4 <br /> Master closet Wall, floor, and closet door 3 <br /> Guest bathroom Wall, floor, sink countertop 3 <br /> Kitchen Wall and floor 2 <br /> Living room Walls and floor 3 <br /> Hallway Walls and floor 3 <br /> Garage Washer, dryer, and floor 3 <br /> Since the entirety of the property was utilized for handling of chemicals and products, <br /> only discrete samples will be collected. This will ensure that all areas have been <br /> properly cleaned. A total of 30 confirmation samples will be collected from the property. <br /> 3.3. SPECIFIC AREA DEMOLITION <br /> All items discussed in Section 3.1.1. will be demolished and removed for disposal. <br /> Based on lab results, all waste will be disposed of at Forward Landfill located in <br /> Manteca, California. A waste manifest will be included with the PSAFR. <br /> 4.0. RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on findings of initial sampling, the recommendations include: <br /> • Removal and landfill disposal of all exposed personal items within the property <br /> residence including: furniture, clothing, dishes, silverware, small appliances, and <br /> buckets, etc.; all ducting, vents, air filters and fan units associated with the <br /> heating/cooling system. <br /> • Abatement of the entirety within the property residence by triple wash and rinse <br /> followed by encapsulation. <br /> • Removal of floor contamination with a floor scrubber/dryer machine or a vacuum- <br /> recovery power washer. Areas unable to be reached effectively by the machine, <br />
