This will ensure that all areas have been <br /> properly cleaned. A total of 30 confirmation samples will be collected from the property. <br /> 3.3. SPECIFIC AREA DEMOLITION <br /> All items discussed in Section 3.1.1. will be demolished and removed for disposal. <br /> Based on lab results, all waste will be disposed of at Forward Landfill located in <br /> Manteca, California. A waste manifest will be included with the PSAFR. <br /> 4.0. RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on findings of initial sampling, the recommendations include: <br /> • Removal and landfill disposal of all exposed personal items within the property <br /> residence including: furniture, clothing, dishes, silverware, small appliances, and <br /> buckets, etc.; all ducting, vents, air filters and fan units associated with the <br /> heating/cooling system. <br /> • Abatement of the entirety within the property residence by triple wash and rinse <br /> followed by encapsulation. <br /> • Removal of floor contamination with a floor scrubber/dryer machine or a vacuum- <br /> recovery power washer.
