To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: Return to compliance certification, hazardous waste label, hazardous <br /> waste minimum requirements sheet, free cupa classes flier. <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, used coolant, used metal oil filters, used paper oil filters. <br /> Note: the following items were corrected on site. <br /> Item 1: OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The <br /> containers were: <br /> -One 55 gallon container with used paper oil filters observed with no accumulation start date. Operator <br /> corrected on site by finding accumulation start date, using previous manifest as reference. <br /> - Five 5 gallon used oil collectors observed with no hazardous waste labels. Operator filled out hazardous waste <br /> label provided by inspector and placed on oil collectors. <br /> - One 1 gallon used oil pump observed with no hazardous waste label. Operator filled out hazardous waste label <br /> provided by inspector and placed on used oil pump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> Item 2: OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil filters out of compliance with the storage rules were <br /> observed on-site. The following used metal oil filter containers were on-site: <br /> -One 55 gallon container with used metal oil filters observed with no accumulation start date.
