According to Lashay, the items were left by <br /> Big Lot's dumpster by unknown persons. Lashay stated Tod Blank, Big Lot's Asset Prevention directed the store to "hazmat" the items and label them as <br /> they were found. Lashay stated these items would be picked up by the hazardous waste hauler, however the items were not labeled as hazardous waste. <br /> a. A bottle of Craftsman Acrylic Paint. <br /> b. A bottle of Surface Preparation. <br /> c. Four buckets, approximately 5-gallons in size, each labeled as "Unknown Substance." <br /> d.
