SHAWN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Big Lots Stockton 1916 2720 COUNTRY CLUB DR Stockton June 27 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> -Violation 102 was added to the inspection report. <br /> -Violation 302, on the inspection checklist, was replaced with violation 303, on the inspection report. <br /> -Approximately twenty 3.7 oz containers of Clorox Disinfecting wipes were found in a tote labeled "Pull and Hold <br /> Do Not Sell," located near the hazardous waste storage area. According to Lashay, about 1 week prior to this <br /> inspection, Big Lots corporate instructed the facility to pull and hold these items until further notice. (IMG 7220-3) <br /> A seemingly empty open 20 oz container of LA's Totally Awesome All Purpose Concentrated Cleaner and an <br /> open box of Benedryl diphenhydramine tablets were also found in this tote. Lashay did not know what happened <br /> to the missing liquid from the LA's Totally Awesome cleaner container. Lashay processed the cleaner container <br /> and the box of Benedryl, and placed them in the TX &ST HW tote at the time of inspection. (IMG 7224-8) <br /> Provide the EHD with a statement documenting how the Clorox wipes will be managed by the facility and begin <br /> managing the wipes according to Title 22 regulations. <br /> -The waste items below were found in a second tote labeled "Pull and Hold Do Not Sell,"located near the <br /> hazardous waste storage area.According to Lashay items placed in this tote are processed daily to determine if <br /> they are to be placed in a hazardous waste tote. <br /> a. Six bagged broken candles <br /> b. A pack of Zantac ranitidine tablets <br /> Lashay processed these items and placed them in the TX &ST HW Tote at the time of inspection. (IMG 7229-39) <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has amended <br /> and written the complete report which replaces the initial checklist on 7/15/2019. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 8/14/2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
