The monitoring wells at the subject <br /> ,site were destroyed on November 15, 1999. Approximately 30 gallons of decontamination <br /> (decon) water generated during the site activities was transported by Gettler Ryan to the Tosco <br /> Refinery in Rodeo on November 19, 1999. Following the water removal, the drum holding <br /> decon water contained some sludge and concrete. <br /> Three drums containing soil generated during the well destruction and the above mentioned <br /> one decon drum were transported by Manley& Sons I rucking, Inc. to Forward Landfill on <br /> December 17, 1999.
