Yosemite Avenue,Manteca, California. This <br /> conducted in accordance with our Workplan and Health and Safety plan, Soil Inve work g t ion, 1755 <br /> r East Yosemite Avenue, Manteca, California, dated Marc 9, 1998. The workplan was approved <br /> ,{ by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Depa ment (SJCEHD <br /> investigation. ) prior to the soil <br /> The purpose of the work performed was <br /> to provide your lender with the requested information to <br /> characterize the risk associated with the former UST site Dn the property. Soil sampling was <br /> conducted to verify the removal of the UST and the absence of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil <br /> directly beneath the UST. One boring was drilled to a depth <br /> ocation <br /> had indicated patched asphalt represented the removal of he UST by the pr�evlious ow er.erWeou <br /> understand the UST was removed over 17 years ago. The work was conducted on April 13, 1998 <br /> and was observed by Michael Infurna of the SJCEHD. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> BSK performed the following tasks: <br /> Applied for a boring permit with the SJCEf D and contacted Underground <br /> Service Alert (USA) to locate utilities at the site. <br /> • Drilled one soil boring to a depth of 15 feet elow ground surface (based on an <br /> anticipated depth to water of 20 feet), collec ed soil samples at five-foot <br /> starting at a depth of 5 feet. The boring was backfilled with neat cement grout. <br /> Soil cuttings were stored in 5-gallon contain rs and remain on-site in the custody <br /> Of the client. <br /> Geotechnical Engineering•Engineering Geology•Environmental Services• <br /> anstnlction Inspection&Testing•Analytical Testing <br /> .i <br />
