Yosemite...............................:.... . .............................pg. 2 10/31/2006 The date of the'SECOR International Incorporated (SECOR) Site Closure Request report for the site. 06/19/2007 The date of the Environmental Health Department letter requesting additional site information. 10/16/2007 On this date, one confirmation boring(GP7)was completed down- gradient of MW 1 to 30 feet and soil and ground water samples were collected for analysis. 10/29/2007 The date of SECOR Confirmation Sampling Report-Site Closure report that includes the information from the October 2007 work. The ground water sample collected from 30 feet had no detection of contaminants and the only soil contamination was TBA in the sample collected above ground water at.15 feet. 01/15/08 Discussed closure of the site with the Regional Board staff on this date. 05/30/08 The date EHD requested closure concurrence from CVRWQBC; date of the 30 day concurrence request. 06/19/08 The date of CVRWQCB closure concurrence letter; no further action required. 07/15/08 All MWs and VEWs were destroyed by pressure grouting on this date. 08/12/08 The date EHD received the Well Destruction Report prepared by Stantec. 10/3/08 The date EHD made updated to the Case Closure Summary Leaking Underground Fuel Storage Tank Program'form and processed the LOP case file for mailing of the NFAR letter.
