Sniff of Strasburger with his letter of April <br /> 28,2005, which were iii response to the Fund's letter dated April 1,J,2005. However,the information <br /> submitted was incomplete. We find that the following additional information is still needed to determine <br /> your eligibility for placement on the Priority List: <br /> • The Fund has been attempting to get the Financial Responsibility requirement resolved with respect <br /> to the above subject site.
