Thank you for your willingness to provide clarification. We reached out to San Joaquin County in an effort to speak to both you and Elena regarding these violations and were able to speak with Elena last week. As background, we had challenges last year pertaining to our inspection violations as we received conflicting direction from the inspector and Elena, so we wanted to avoid any potential issues this year and keep Elena looped in from the beginning. I have reached out to our fuel systems vendor who has indicated that their installing contractor, Franzen-Hill, has installed a "like-for-like" replacement spill bucket which, per your guidance,would not require a permit.
