The following describes the violation item you noted during your inspection as well as <br /> corrective actions taken: <br /> CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found onsite. An <br /> approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of <br /> these plans shall be accessible onsite at all times. Immediately locate and retain a <br /> copy onsite <br /> Corrective Action: CERS plan submitted 6/12/19 and has not been reviewed. <br /> Please rescind. <br /> CCR 2635,2637.2,2665,2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection or <br /> record keeping of the overfill prevention. Overfill prevention testing was conducted <br /> on 1/3/19. This testing was required to be conducted by October 13, 2018. Ensure all <br /> future testing is conducted within the required time frames <br /> Corrective Action: Emailed Paul Nso on 7/19/19 with supporting documentation. <br /> Please rescind. <br /> It is our policy to operate in full compliance with all laws and regulations at our retail facilities. <br /> However, when we fall short of perfection, we endeavor to immediately address deficiencies, <br /> issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail facilities.
