The designated operator report shall be conducted within 30days of the previous <br />inspections report. <br />Ensure that all designed operator inspection reports are performed within the required time frame. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />210 <br />CCR 2716(f) DO monthly reports not maintained on site for 12 months or for 36 months (after October 1, 2018). <br />Observation: The 2018 designated operator monthly inspection reports were not found on site. The most recent <br />inspection report on site is 6/26/18. An alarm history dated 6/6/19 was observed on site but the inspection report <br />was not found. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1, 2018 shall be retained on <br />site for twelve months. Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site <br />for thirty-six months. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator <br />inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies of the missing reports to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />320 <br />CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br />prevention. <br />Overfill prevention testing has not been conducted. This testing was required to be conducted by October 13, <br />2018.
