No work has been done at this site since 24 September <br /> 2010. As I had previously indicated, AGE will not be performing any additional <br /> work at this site or releasing any analytical results/reports until Phil Elder's <br /> account is in good standing with AGE. <br /> Since our last meeting at EHD, we've tried to motivate Mr. Elder to come back into <br /> regulatory compliance. However, Mr. Elder will not budge and make any payments <br /> that he was already reimbursed for by the tank fund and that is owed to AGE <br /> (40K+). Additionally, there is another 40K reimbursement request that is up with <br /> the tank fund (also owed to AGE) that has been suspended until he can show proof <br /> of payment. The tank fund has issued three warning letters to him (please see <br /> attached), as well as notification that his claim has been suspended. Our office is <br /> planning on contacting the tank fund next week to further update them on the <br /> payment status since their last correspondence was on 03/02/11.
