(AGE)has temporarily <br /> suspended all monitoring and remediation activities at the Rainwater Car Wash site, 420 <br /> West Yosemite Avenue, Manteca, California. <br /> Field work at the site has ceased due to a recent financial hardship of the Responsible <br /> Party (i.e. Mr. Phil Elder). Mr. Elder notified AGE that he would not be able to provide <br /> payment for past-due invoices that have been previously reimbursed by the California <br /> Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (USTCF). Mr. Elder has received the monies <br /> from the USTCF in August 2010 for the past-due invoices. As you are probably aware, <br /> USTCF regulations indicate thata Responsible Party must provide paymentfor reimbursed <br /> monies within 30 days. <br /> Additionally, AGE will not be releasing the following data or reports to Geotracker until <br /> payment for the reimbursed monies has been received: <br /> • Second Quarter 2010 Groundwater Remediation Report <br /> • Third Quarter 2010 Ground Water Remediation Report <br /> • Groundwater and remediation data (i.e. laboratory reports) collected during the <br /> second and third quarters of 2010. <br /> • Third Quarter 2010 Ground Water Monitoring Report <br /> AGE will notify the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department immediately <br /> upon resolution of the financial hardship and payment in full by Mr. Elder of the USTCF <br /> reimbursed funds. <br />
