Message Page 1 of 2
M
Frank Girardi [EH]
From: Timothy Cuellar[tcuellar@advgeoenv.com]
Sent: Wednesday, March 28, 2007 12:58 PM
To: Frank Girardi [EH]
Cc: Nuel Henderson [EH]; Bob Marty
Subject: RE: Cal Fuels, 2402 Pacific Avenue
I think RMB Garage (715 N. Hunter Street) is moving forward (albeit the site his hammered)and does not require
any special meeting. We just installed a bunch of new wells and I will prepare a report of findings as soon as the
analytical starts coming in. We are in the process of installing remediation equipment at the site, and it is a steady
process due to the coordination with PG&E,APCD, City of Stockton. The equipment is sitting at our office and will
be installed at the site shortly.
However, I do think it would be in our best interest to discuss the overall status of Rainwater Car Wash (420
Yosemite Avenue)sometime in the near future. This site has a huge localized PCE plume that is not associated
with our site. There is a Dry Cleaners immediately east of our site that is the likely culprit. The tank fund has
started commenting that they do not want to pay for any investigation of the PCE, so I would like to eliminate
TCE/PCE from the quarterly monitoring program. I would also like to discuss reducing the sampling frequency of
selective ground water monitoring wells. Also, it has been our opinion that the site is assessed. I would like to get
the SJCEHD approval to prepare a CAP. If possible, I would like to meet regarding Rainwater Car Wash after
discussing Cal Fuels. Thanks-Tim
-----Original Message-----
From: Frank Girardi [EH] [mailto:fgirardi@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, March 28, 2007 10:19 AM
To: tcuellar@advgeoenv.com
Cc: Nuel Henderson [EH]
Subject: RE: Cal Fuels, 2402 Pacific Avenue
Tim, is there anything you wanted to discuss re: the other two sites? (Yosemite Ave, Manteca, and 715 N.
Hunter Stockton).
Frank Girardi Senior R.E.H.S
304 E. I realize your
department is in the middle of a move, so we could meet at AGE's office. In general, I want to set
4/12/2007
