Installation of 7 multi-level ground water,monitoring wells to depths of 175 <br /> feet below surface grade (bsg) to characterized the extent of the groundwater <br /> contamination. 2 wells will be constructed with 5 separate screen sections <br /> and 7 wells will be constructed with 6 separate screen sections. <br /> 2. Collect soil samples for analyses from proposed MW-8,MW-9,MW-10, <br /> MW-12,and MW-13. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Include in the proposed MW-7 (the well closest to the existing MW-6) an <br /> additional screen section that mirrors the screen section of the existing MW- <br /> 6.
