To obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at(916) 657-2390. Remedial <br /> Action Completion certification occurs only after PHS/EHD has determined that no further <br /> Ar site investigation or remedial action is required. <br /> tiAll work and reports which require geological or engineering evaluations must be performed under <br /> the direction of an appropriately California registered or certified professional. <br /> IWe <br /> On May 13, 1994 a strong gasoline odor and bad soil discoloration were noted at this site.
