The site was formerly owned by Mr. Phil Elder, <br /> whom has been responsible for the ongoing cleanup of contamination associated with <br /> the former underground storage tanks. <br /> I have recently accepted an Assignment of Claims for the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Cleanup Fund (USTCF) Claim Number 14719 from Mr. and Mrs. Elder and will be <br /> taking over responsibility for the cleanup. This was necessary. as Mr Elder has been in <br /> declining health. The effective date of the Assignment was June 11, 2014. <br /> On behalf of Mr. Elder, we appreciate the work you have previously performed at the <br /> site. However, as of the date of letter, we will no longer require your services. Please <br /> perform no additional task associated with USTCF Claim Number 14719.
