28 June 1999 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 97-0333 <br /> Page 6 of 9 <br /> 3 4 GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS <br /> Ground water monitoring and sampling activities for each newly installed ground water monitoring <br /> well will be conducted on a quarterly bans until PHS-EHD notification to do otherwise Ground <br /> water monitoring activities will include recording depth to ground water measurements and <br /> collection of ground water samples Ground water sample collection procedures are described in <br /> Section 4 3 <br /> Ground water samples will be analyzed by a DHS-certified Iaboratory for the following constituents <br /> • TPH-g by EPA Method 8015 Modified/5030, <br /> • BTEX by EPA Method 602, <br /> • TBA, DIPS, ETBE and TAME, and MTBE by EPA Method 8260 Modified <br /> Laboratory reports for ground water analyses, testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality <br /> control (QA/QC) reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in a rcport <br /> with the findings and recommendations <br /> 3 5 REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Following each quarterly ground water monitoring event, a quarterly report will be prepared <br /> presenting the findings The quarterly reports will include a description of work performed and the <br /> results of the soil/groundwater sampling and analysis Conclusions and recommendations will also <br /> be included in the reports, if applicable The report will be in a format acceptable to the FHS-EHD <br /> and the CVRWQCB guidelines, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered <br /> Geologist <br /> 4.0.
