HAZARD EVALUATION <br /> The following substance(s) or hazards are known or suspected to be on site <br /> SUBSTANCES INVOLVED: CONCENTRATIONS: <br /> Gasoline unknown <br /> Waste oil petroleum-based products (9) unknown <br /> Other or anic-based roducts (9) unknown <br /> The primary hazards of each are identified as follows <br /> 1 Hydrocarbon fuels - Components of fuels are colorless liquids with strong aromatic <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon-like odors They are flammable and have low solubility in water <br /> Exposure to these materials in excess of recommended exposure limits can cause mild eye, <br /> nose, and throat irritation and can produce a narcotic effect on the central nervous system <br /> Symptoms of exposure at these concentrations Include headache, nausea, drowsiness, <br /> dizziness,and loss of coordination Certain components of gasoline(BTE&X etc ) are known <br /> or suspected carcinogens <br /> The following additional hazards are expected on site typical work related to facility Noise falling <br /> rods flying hammer, snapped cables. etc on the bac a/excavator (if applicable) <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironrnental,Inc <br />
