INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this ground water monitoring well <br /> Installation report for 420 West Yosemite Avenue(site),Stockton,California The report documents <br /> procedures and results for Installation of multi-level ground water monitoring wells at the site during <br /> September, October and November 2002 The location of the site is Illustrated in Figure 1, general <br /> features at the site are illustrated in Figure 2 <br /> 1 The scope of work of this investigation included installation of seven multi-level ground water <br /> monitoring wells (MW-7 through MW-13)with the objective of assessing the Impact of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons to ground water This report has been prepared In accordance with guidelines Issued <br /> ' by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) - Central Valley Region for <br /> investigations of underground storage tank(UST)sites A summary of previous Investigations at the <br /> site was Included in Quarterly Report - Third Quarter 2002,Appendix A,dated 06 December 2002, <br /> ' prepared by AGE <br /> The following is a brief summary of events for the September, October and November 2002 well <br /> installation activities performed at the site <br /> • 26 September 2002-Soil boring MW-8 advanced to 165 feet below surface grade(bsg), soil <br /> ' samples continuously collected between 40 and 80 feet bsg,soil samples collected every five <br /> feet between 15 and 40 feet bsg and between 80 and 165 feet bsg, the soil boring was <br /> completed as multi-level monitoring well MW-8 (A, B, C, D, E and F) <br /> ' • 27 September 2002-Soil boring MW-9 advanced to 170 feet below surface grade(bsg)with <br /> no collection of soil samples, the soil boring was completed as multi-level monitoring well <br /> MW-9 (A, B, C, D and E) <br /> • 30 September 2002- Soil boring MW-7 advanced to 170 feet below surface grade(bsg)with <br /> ' no collection of soil samples,the soil boring was completed as multi-level monitoring well <br /> MW-7 (A, B, C, D, E and F) <br /> • 01 October 2002 - Sall boring MW-11 advanced to 170 feet below surface grade(bsg)with <br /> no collection of soil samples, the soil boring was completed as multi-level monitoring well <br /> MW-11 (A, B, C, D, E and F) <br /> ' • 02 October 2002 - Soil boring MW-10 advanced to 170 feet below surface grade(bsg)with <br /> no collection of soil samples,the soil boring was completed as multi-level monitoring well <br /> MW-10 (A, B, C, D, E and F) <br /> 1 <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
