You
are being listed as an additional responsible party as you have been identified as an additional owner
of the property located at the above noted address.
All other identified additional responsible parties for this site are noted below.
Pleased be advised that fees for review activities and inspections associated with contaminated site
assessment activities will not be billed by this office. The State Water Resource Control Board
(SWRCB) will invoice you directly for activities performed under the auspices of the Local UST
Oversight Program. The goal of the site evaluation performed by Public Health Services Environmental
Health Division is to certify closures of underground tank leakage sites. Closure certification occurs
only after mitigation activities are completed.
The California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRf CB) administers a cleanup fund program
which provides reimbursement for costs associated with cleanups at underground storage tank sites.
Enclosed is an application to the SWRCB Fund Program. PHS/EHD recommends all eligible underground
storage tank owners apply for reimbursement through the SWRCB Fund.
If you have any questions or if there are any corrections in the responsible party information, contact
Linda Turkatte, Senior REHS, of my staff, at (209) 468-3441.
Ernest M.
