In response to your concerns, we <br /> propose measuring depth to water levels in the three monitoring onsite wells annually during <br /> the rainy season (March) for 2 years. If site conditions indicate that the groun d-water <br /> surface has risen to a level of 23 feet below g ade, which is the same depth soil was <br /> removed to, we will collect water samples from-t ie wells tb,vert'fy dissolved hydrocarbons <br /> are below Maximum Contaminant Levels estab ished by the California Department of <br /> Health Services.
