Obsolete federal hazard categories <br /> were listed on the chemical fact sheets. Please add the new federal hazard categories to each chemical. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map was missing an evacuation staging area. <br /> The site map was hard to read because so much was on there. Please use a key or legend to define and illustrate <br /> all of the elements on the site map. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer <br /> drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and <br /> storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list <br /> it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> This violation has been corrected. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually.The facility information section was not submitted for 2019.
