Tracy Blvd <br /> Tracy, CA 995376 <br /> Dear Inspector Florido, <br /> In response to the inspection conducted on May 28, 2019, and amended June 28, 2019, at Store <br /> #02983 in Tracy, California,please see the outline below, and the exhibits which follow, <br /> referencing existing procedures, documentation and/or actions taken: <br /> • The go-back area was cleared of damaged product which was taken to the Accumulation <br /> Station for processing(EXHIBIT A). <br /> • All damaged product and clean-up material (e.g., paper towels) was retrieved throughout <br /> the store, sorted and processed as hazardous waste. The damaged product completely <br /> filled 4 totes—three with State/Toxic/Universal waste and one of Corrosive Base. <br /> Additional totes were added as needed and all totes are properly labeled(EXHIBIT B1, <br /> B2). Some products had to be moved to the correct tote. <br /> • Spillage in the stock room and on floor shelves was scrubbed and cleaned as much as <br /> possible. In the stock room, much of it was stain that could not be removed(EXHIBIT <br /> C). <br /> • An Environmental Health& Safety Specialists completed retraining for the Store <br /> Manager and three Assistant Store Managers on the hazardous waste program and related <br /> emergency response procedures on July 16, 2019 (EXHIBIT D). A copy of the training <br /> guide used is provided as an email attachment.
