When Jessica scanned the <br /> item, the hand held scanner stated the item should be placed in an STOU HW tote. However, according to the <br /> Products To Be Treated As Hazardous Waste guide, posted next to the HW storage area, antibacterial cleaners <br /> without bleach should be placed in a CB HW tote. Ensure that the resources (i.e. hand held scanning system, <br /> Products to Be Managed As Hazardous Waste guide, Dollar Tree Potentially Hazardous Material Management <br /> poster, and Dollar Tree California Training Guide)which provide hazardous waste determinations and <br /> characteristics to employees are accurate and consistent. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written and <br /> amended the complete report which replaces the initial checklist on 6/27/2019. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 7/27/2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
