RECEIVED <br /> OCT 2 2 2018 <br /> Zuna Barker <br /> EH Specialist ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> San Joaquin County DEPARTMENT <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> After review of the violations presented in your recent inspection We recognize that these issues are of <br /> great concern to the department and we would like to participate in any continuing education opportunities <br /> that the county would provide as well as any best practice methods that can be shared from the industry. <br /> Enclosed below are the responses to the non-compliance issues and the certified form of correction that is <br /> signed by Jesus Jurado.We look forward to working with your office in the future to avoid such violations <br /> listed below as well as continuing to explore best industry practices. <br /> Violation 108—The EHD was not notified within 48 hour of the overfill prevention equipment <br /> inspection testing. we will make sure in the future to notify the EHD of any testing that is <br /> required from county or state. <br /> Violation 121 —The written response report for 11/16/17 was received 4 days late. We will <br /> make to mail or email any correction of violation before the due. <br /> Violation 320—We failed to test the overfill prevention equipment on the Due date. This <br /> Violation was corrected on site. <br /> Food4Less and Rancho San Miguel provides an on going education with department managers on how to <br /> comply with all appropriate protocols and other industry regulations.The Store Director and Managers also <br /> provide on going training to employees to better understand new laws and compliance issues while working <br /> within these departments.Thank you again for helping to identify these above deficiencies.Moving forward <br /> we will maintain our commitment to ensuring we are adequately trained and informed of upcoming changes <br /> to the laws. <br /> If you have any questions or request for additional information,please feel free to contact our offices at <br /> (209)858-0101 ext. 336 or email at liurado@paginc.com <br /> Jesus Jurado <br /> Compliance Manager <br />
