KLH1NF-EL0ER <br /> Rr,ght People.Right Solutions. <br /> 3 SEPTIC PERMITS AND PERFORMANCE <br /> SJCEHD files were searched to identify septic and well permits at parcels in the project vicinity. <br /> Among four (4) permits that were on file for the subject parcel, one (1) was for a septic tank and <br /> sump repair. The permits indicated one 1,200 gallon septic tank and one sump pit measuring 5 <br /> feet wide by 8 feet deep by 20 feet long. The other three permits were for a well destruction, well <br /> pump repair, and well pump replacement. <br /> Fourteen (14) permits were reviewed for parcels located close to the subject property. These <br /> permits were for new installations and repairs/additions to existing septic systems, pump <br /> installation and repair. The permitted sewage disposal systems on adjacent parcels were for <br /> conventional septic/leach field systems and sump pits. The permits viewed and a summary of <br /> information obtained from the permits are presented on Figure 4.
