With your guidance, supporting paperwork and templates provide, I was able to take the <br /> following corrective action: provided training and submitted the required documents to the CERS web site. I have <br /> attached the Return to Compliance Certification, Corrective Action Statement, updated site maps, a record of training <br /> that was conducted with my entire staff on 8/13/2020 and an Emergency Response/Contingency Plan. If physical copies <br /> of these documents are also required, please let me know and I will submit them in person. <br /> 1 <br />
