With your guidance, supporting paperwork and templates provide, I was able to take the following corrective action: provided training and submitted the required documents to the CERS web site. I have attached the Return to Compliance Certification, Corrective Action Statement, updated site maps, a record of training that was conducted with my entire staff on 8/13/2020 and an Emergency Response/Contingency Plan. If physical copies of these documents are also required, please let me know and I will submit them in person. Again, I sincerely appreciate the information and guidance you provided, and I hope that my submittals meet with your approval.
