To be used in Trio-Tech International Tracer-Flo Model 30010 series or Interest(ITERS Corp.)custom Model <br /> FLS 1014-BII H9 for leak testing of electronic components. <br /> LICENSE CONDITIONS <br /> 10. Radioactive material shall be used only at the following locations: <br /> (a) 400 Industrial Park Drive, Manteca, CA <br /> 11. This license is subject to an annual fee for sources of radioactive material authorized to be possessed at any one time <br /> as specified in items 6, 7, 8 and 9 of this license. The annual fee for this license is required by and computed in <br /> accordance with Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Sections 30230-30232 and is also subject to an annual <br /> cost-of-living adjustment pursuant to Section 100425 of the California Health and Safety Code. <br /> 12. Radioactive material described in subitem A of this license may be used by individuals as follows: <br /> (a) Maintenance and repair of Tracer-Flo and Interest units shall be performed by individuals specifically <br /> authorized to perform that service. <br /> (b) Transfer of Krypton-85 to or from Tracer-Flo and Interest units, and use of Krypton-85 in Tracer-Flo and <br /> Interest units in any mode other than automatic mode, shall be performed only by individuals who: <br /> (1) Have received a certificate of satisfactory completion of a course in all operations of leak testing units <br /> containing Krypton-85, such course conducted by a person recognized by the State of California to provide <br /> such training; and also <br /> (2) Have been designated, in writing, by the Radiation Safety Office as qualified to use Krypton-85 in these <br /> manners. <br /> (c) Use of Krypton-85 in Tracer-Flo and Interest units in automatic mode, and for testing components removed <br /> from such units for amount of radioactivity, shall be performed only by, or under the supervision and in the <br /> physical presence of, individuals who have been designated, in writing, by the Radiation Safety Officer as <br /> qualified to use Krypton-85 in these manners. <br />
