RCRA Training to include: <br /> Hazardous Waste management: <br /> 1: Identification of hazardous Waste. <br /> 2: Handling of containers. <br /> a. Storage <br /> b. Labeling <br /> c. Accumulation <br /> d. Manifest and shipment. <br /> Hazardous Material spill or release. <br /> Liquid (corrosive, flammable, and to)dc). <br /> Solid (corrosive, flammable, and to)ic). <br /> Emergency Response Plan. <br /> Location of Fire Alarm system. <br /> Operation of Fire sprinkler system. <br /> Training must be completed within the first 6 months of when the plan was effected. Employees <br /> hired after the program is in place must be trained within 6 months of their hire date. <br /> All personnel involved in the program must complete an annual review of the initial required <br /> training. <br /> All new hired employees working with hazardous material or hazardous waste must not work in <br /> unsupervised positions until they have completed training. <br /> Documentation: <br /> 1. The job title for each position related to hazardous waste management and the name of <br /> the employee filling each job. <br /> 2. A written job description for each position. <br /> 3. A written description of the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training <br /> that will be given. <br /> NOTE: Training records on current personnel must be kept until closure of the facility. Training <br /> records on former employees must be kept for at least three years from the date the <br /> employee last worked at the facility. <br /> RCR DOC <br />
