These facilities <br /> are: <br /> INDY ELECTRONICS <br /> 400 INDUSTRIAL PARI: DRIVE <br /> '.MANTECA,CA 95336 <br /> and <br /> OLIN MESA <br /> 3500 GARRETT DRIVE <br /> SANTA CLARA. CA 95054 <br /> The following is a brief description and status of operation at each facility. <br /> INDY ELECTRONICS <br /> This facility discharges process wastewaters through a wastewater treatment system where the effluent is pH <br /> adjusted and metals are precipitated. The precipitated sludge is dewatered through a filter press. The liquid <br /> supernatent is recycled back into the wastewater treatment system; the filter cake is removed from the filter <br /> press, and disposed of off-site as an F006 sludge at a metals recoverysite. All resultant pH adjusted effluent is <br /> discharged under permit to the city of Manteca POTW This facility had submitted a variance application to <br /> operate the .system - This variance application has not been processed by DOHS. <br /> QUALITY 0 SERVICE 0 CYCLE TIME <br />
