E. Spill prevention control plan: <br /> The entire waste treatment system will have secondary containment of 110% <br /> of the capacity of the system. All liquids that are spilled into the <br /> secondary containment will be returned to the waste treatment system through <br /> a return line. This entire system will be coated with a special protective <br /> coating that will prevent hazardous chemical from degrading the containment <br /> area. <br /> F. I certify that the information above is true and correct to the best of <br /> my knowledge. <br /> It is hereby agreed that if an industrial waste permit is issued pursuant <br /> to this application, that all conditions and requirements of said permit and <br /> the Manteca Municipal Code relating to industrial waste will be strictly com- <br /> plied with in all manner and respect.
