3 .6 Maintenance Route Frequency: Weekly <br /> - Inspect pH adj . tanks 1 , 2 , and <br /> flocculation tank for leaks and <br /> damages. Clean if necessary. <br /> - Inspect Lightnin mixer for damages and <br /> misalignment of propeller. Retorque <br /> driven gear bolts if necessary. <br /> - Inspect air shut-off valves , filter/ <br /> Regulator/Lubricator , 3-way solenoid <br /> valves , caustic feed valves , and <br /> caustic shut-off valves for leaks and <br /> damages . <br /> - Inspect pH probes for obstruction and <br /> damages. Clean if necessary. <br /> - Inspect diverting valve for smooth <br /> operation and damages . <br /> Acid Feed Tank - Inspect 100 gal. polyliner tank for <br /> leaks and damages.
